ChIP-Seq Analysis Tutorial 2

Overview

The course is directed to current and prospective users of our ChIP-Seq server at https://epd.expasy.org/. This web-based resource offers a number of conceptually simple but powerful and versatile tools for analyzing ChIP-Seq and other genome-related data. At the same time, it serves as a portal to access and explore a rich database of public ChIP-Seq data through menu-driven interfaces. It is therefore of interest to any biologist interested in epigenomic data, not just to users of the ChIP-Seq technology.

The exercises will focus on the analysis of public data sets. Participants will learn to carry out the elementary analysis steps via short online tutorials. Subsequently they will have the opportunity to repeat the same type of analyses with public data sets of their choice. A special exercise will be offered to those participants which come with their own data.
