Johnson 2007, In vivo binding of NRSF

Description

ChIP-seq againt NRSF in Jurkat T cell line. The NRSF (neuron-restrictive silencer factor) is also known as REST (repressor element-1 silencing transcription factor). Mock is used as control.
The mapping was originally done on hg17. The data has been lifted over hg18.

6 GSM327024_mockFC2002.sga T-cell Mock, Rep 3 mock GSM327024

Three biological replicates were sequenced for the tow samples.

Technical Notes

BED files were automatically generated from the original TXT files using ad hoc scripts. SGA conversion was carried out using bed2sga.pl (ChIP-Seq v. 1.5.2).
