Del Rosario 2015, H3K27ac profiles in multiple lymphoblastoid cell lines


ChIP-seq profiling of H3K27ac on 57 human lymphoblastoid cell lines coming from a single population. The data are paired-ended but contain a single-ended control sample as well as paired-end control samples. The data were generated using the Illumina HiSeq 2000 technology.
This dataset was used by the authors to perform de novo SNP calling in regulatory regions and to annotate some of them as histone acetylation QTLs, which were found to be predictive of autoimmune disorders.

Technical Notes

The sga files were generated from the original data available on GEO. For paired-ended data, the sga files provide the unoriented middle position of the fragments and for single-ended reads the starting or ending position of the reads. The data were mapped on human genome assembly 2009 (NCBI37/hg19).
