Wu 2012, Tcf7 and Runx1 ChIP-seq in multipotential hematopoietic precursor cells, GSE31221.

Description

Tcf7 (also called Tcf1) and Runx1 ChIP-seq in multipotential hematopoietic precursor (EML for Erythroid, Myeloid, and Lymphocytic) cells derived from mouse bone morrow. EML cells were transduced with a retrovirus expressing a dominant negative retinoic acid receptor and cultured in presence of stem cell factor (SCF). CD34+ cells were sorted using MACS followed by FACS and subjected to ChIP-seq.

Technical Notes

bam read files already mapped to mm9 were downloaded and converted to bed using bamToBed v2.12.0 (bedtools). sga conversion was carried out using bed2sga.pl (ChIP-Seq v. 1.5.2). bed peak files were downloaded and converted to sga using bed2sga.pl as well.
